There are WSFMA room blocks at two hotels: the Hampton Inn & Suites and the Fairfield Inn & Suites Seattle/Bremerton. Both hotels are within walking distance of the Kitsap Conference Center. The Hampton Inn is closer. The Fairfield Inn & Suites has rooms available at the "government rate."
