The Thunder is back! The new 2025 Wildwoods "Thunder Over the Waves" Airshow along the large beachfront of Wildwood, New Jersey flies over the island on 6 September 2025 with civilian jets, aerobatics, military parachute jumping, and more! This one-day FREE event to the general public will also offer VIP Seating upgrades and other seating options.Performers featured for the 2025 airshow include the US Army Golden Knights, FighterJets 2-ship MiG-17s, Vampire Airshows, ACEMAKER T-33, Scott Francis MXS, Patrick McAlee Xtreme Pitts, Class Airshows DHC-1 Chipmunk, the Full Throttle Formation Team, the Jersey Jerks 4-ship Formation Team, Kevin Russo SNJ Aerobatics, Jim Beasley Jr. P-51D Mustang Aerobatics, and the USCG MH-65E Search & Rescue Demonstration. US Navy VP-30 with their P-8 Poseidon will also be doing flyovers on Saturday.
The airshow will have non-stop action from noon until nearly 3:30pm so arrive early to this HUGE beach and enjoy the airshow!
