Hotel Reservation:
Preferred rates have been obtained at the Pentitcton Lakeside Resort.
To register and obtain the special guest room rate, you must call the hotel directly at 1-800-663-9400 or email [email protected] and identify yourself as a member of the WETT 2025 AGM & CONFERENCE. Rates are valid until Monday, April 28, 2025 while supplies last.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations on or before April 13, you will receive a refund less 25% for administration fees.
Between April 14 to May 11, you will receive a refund less 50% for administration fees.
Between May 12 to June 10, you will receive a refund less 75% for administration fees.
No refunds will be offered on or after June 9. To request special consideration, please email [email protected].
