Haidary Snooker Academy presents the 2025 Western Canadian Snooker Championships this October!**Winner is guaranteed a paid spot at the 2026 CBSA Canadian Snooker Championship**
DATES: October 10th to 13th
PARTICIPANTS: Maximum 32 Players
FORMAT:
Single-elimination - Best of 7 (Best of 9 Final)
Consolation Bracket - Best of 3
DRESS CODE: minimum business casual (dress pants and polo shirt)
PAYOUT STRUCTURE:
80% Payout + sponsor-added money
- Prizes for the top 4 players in the main tournament
- Prize for the top 2 consolation players
SCHEDULE:
- Players’ meeting on Friday, the 10th of October at 4:00 PM
- First matches begin at 4:30 PM
Players scheduled to play at a certain time, please arrive on-site at least half an hour before your scheduled time.
**Late Arrival Policy**
- For every 15 minutes late, 1 frame will be forfeited.
- If more than 30 minutes late, the match will be forfeited.
DRAW:
Deadline for Entry: Wednesday, October 8th
The draw will be streamed on the Haidary Snooker Academy Facebook page on Wednesday, October 8th
