The Welcome Back Barbecue will take place on Sunday, September 21 from 5-7 pm at the Athletic Administration Building on the corner of Park Ave and Porter Road. The Barbecue will include a silent auction.The menu is as follows:
BBQ ribs
Grilled Chicken
Black Bean burger for vegetarian option check on form online.
Mac and cheese
Beans
Cole slaw
Corn bread
Slider rolls
Assorted beverages
Dessert
Deadline to register is September 12, 2025 at midnight. No walk-ins.
Register and pay online by clicking the "Register Now" button. This is our preferred and most efficient method of registration. However, you can also use the mail-in registration form. The registration must be received by September 12, 2025.
Parking for the Welcome Back Barbecue is covered by the Cager Club and is valid in the Orange J lot near the building or in any of the commuter lots. A promo code will be sent to registrants as we get closer to the Barbecue.
