The 2025 We Are Carroll Awards: Inspire Growth (formerly Philanthropists of the Year), happening on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at Carroll Arts Center. Join Carroll County business and community leaders in honoring those whose philanthropic efforts make our community a better place.
