• Event is open to all athletes aged 30 years and over. Competition is in 5 year age groups for women & men, starting at ages 30-34.• 2025 Entry fees are:-
o $10 entry fee per event / 5th event free;
o FOR JUMPS EVENTS ONLY: additional $10 admin fee to pay
