2025 VFW & Auxiliary State Convention

Welcome to the 2025 VFW & Auxiliary State Convention! Join us for a day filled with camaraderie, workshops, and celebrations. The event will take place at the Golden Nugget Lake Tahoe Hotel & Casino on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 starting at 9:00 AM. Connect with fellow veterans and auxiliary members, attend informative sessions, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Lake Tahoe. All Credit Card and Check payments will go thru the 2025 NV State Convention Registration site. This will assist the convention organizers with details on your specific registration needs.

All rates quoted do not include applicable state and local taxes and are subject to change as dictated by the Nevada Tax Commission, Douglas County and the City of Stateline, NV. Currently the group rate is subject to 14% occupancy tax and a $5 county surcharge per room, per night.

Check-In time is after 4:00 p.m. Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m.

We cannot
guarantee any reservation not using the methods listed.

For those guests calling directly, the room block will be reserved until the cut-off date, May 7,
2025. Guests may call our Reservations Department directly at 844-588-7625 or go online to book
utilizing the Group Block Code, In order to obtain your group rate, guests need to identify
themselves as being with VFW Department of Nevada State Convention.

If you would like to request an upgrade to your room type or add additional nights, please call 844-588-
7625 as they will not be able to do this online.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

• Resort Fee $18 per room, per night (Regular $25 - plus applicable taxes). Resort Fee includes pool access during staffed hours (seasonal), 24-hour fitness center access, Wi-Fi access in public areas and guest rooms.
• Luggage Handling – Room Delivery $7.00 per guest room.
• Parking Reduced Parking Fee $8 (Regular $20-$45) Self-Parking Only.

Hotel Shuttle information from the Reno/Tahoe Airport

The Hotel does not provide a Shuttle Service. We recommend that guests utilize the South Tahoe Airporter for convenient and cost-effective Airport Transportation
