2025 Veteran Health & Wellness Conference

Join us for the 2025 Veteran Health & Wellness Conference on Thursday, Septemeber 18, 2025 at IVC. This in-person event is designed to provide the latest information on health and wellness for veterans and their families as well as focus on underserved veteran populations. Attendees will hear from industry experts, participate in interactive workshops, and network with fellow providers (pending keynote and breakout sessions). This conference has something for everyone. Target Audience

The intended audience for this conference is: Psychiatrists and other medical providers, Licensed Psychologists, Marriage and Family Therapists, Social Workers, Professional Counselors, and Registered Nurses. The conference also seeks to meet the needs of veterans and their family members.

Accreditation Information:

The Orange County Health Care Agency is accredited by California Medical Association (CMA) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the California Medical Association (CMA) through the joint providership of OC Health Care Agency and VA Long Beach Healthcare System and UC Irvine Student Affairs. The Orange County Health Care Agency is accredited by the CMA to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The Orange County Health Care Agency designates this live activity for a maximum of 6.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)β„’. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

This credit may also be applied to the CMA Certification in Continuing Medical Education.

This program has been approved for 6.0 Continuing Education (CE) credits for Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs), and Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Counselors.Additionally, 6 Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits have been approved for medical professionals.

The Orange County Health Care Agency is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. The Orange County Health Care Agency maintains responsibility for this training program and its contents.

The Orange County Health Care Agency is approved by the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists to sponsor continuing education for LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and/or LEPs (Provider # 62340). This course meets the qualifications for 6.0 hours of continuing education credit for MFTs, LPCCs, LEPs and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. The Orange County Health Care Agency maintains responsibility for this program and its content.

Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider # CEP 15019, for 6.0 contact hours.

CE/CME Information:

The Certificate of Completion (CE or CME) or Certificate of Participation will be available for download in exchange for completing the evaluation. You must sign in at the beginning of the conference and sign out at the end of the conference to be able to claim continuing education. Partial credit will not be given.

A link to the evaluation will be emailed to participants who completed the entire training within 4-5 business days. The evaluation link will be active for 3-5 business days after the email. You must complete the evaluation by the end of the 5-day period. Those who do not do so will not be eligible to claim continuing education. Please complete the evaluation only once.
