This festival celebrates independent filmmaking with a diverse range of storytelling from around the globe.

📍 Locations: Tom S. Gettys Center Courtroom, York County Library – Rock Hill, The Mercantile.

Free Admission for select blocks (registration may be required)

Block A (April 24, 7-9 PM): Free, not registration required.
Block B, D, and E, F (April 25-26): $8 in advance, $10 at the door
Block C (April 25, 6:30PM): Free, registration required.
