Come at 6:30 and stake out your territory and decorations, then at 7pm, you can start accessorizing your troll...
At 8pm, winners will be selected by the judging panel, and you might just get bragging rights for doing the best gussy-ing up!
All sorts of goodies, fabrics and decorations will be provided to dress your troll, and you're absolutely welcome to bring any extra enhancements with you! If you want hot pink rhinestones, bring them! If you want metallic tuille for the gown, bring it!
This event is a no-charge, FUN event for community fun and celebration of campaign for Rose Emperor and Rose Empress, so please join us and have the most fun creating a glorious fashion image you'll find this side of Barbie-Land!
