2025 Transition Conference & Resource Fair - Vendor Registration

The Vendor fair is an opportunity for students & adults with disabilities, their families, & their circle of support to learn firsthand from vendors and providers about their services. This will be a great opportunity for vendors to interact and speak with community members!

We're excited to bring you the new and expanded Transition Conference and Resource Fair. Formerly the Alameda County Transition Fair, this year we're partning with the Developmental Disabilities Council of Contra Costa County and our community partners to host a joint county Transition Conference and Resource Fair.

The Transition Conference and Resource Fair Resource Fair will be March `15 in the Bistro of Diablo Valley College. Our Resource Fair portion of the event begins at 8:30am and will run until 1 PM. We are asking vendors to begin showing up at 7:30AM for setup and check-in.

The Resource Fair is an opportunity for families and consumers to learn about adult resources and services in Alameda and Contra Costa County. This is an opportunity to showcase your program and connect with potential new participants.
Registration

Vendor Tickets

Vendor tickets are $100 and this contribution helps us to offset the costs of our event. This includes items like translation and interpretation, lunches, site fees, and other expenses.

Vendor tickets include admission for up to two staff members, two lunches, and use of a folding table and 2 chairs. You may bring more than two staff for one table but we will only be able to provide two lunches.

When you register, please indicate if your staff will need any accomodations or have any special dietary restrictions.
