About this Event
We are delighted to be hosting our Annual Leadership Summit in person on the beautiful coast of Montery, California from February 28th - March 2nd, 2025.
Judging by the way things are shaping up, the upcoming Leadership Summit is going to be the best ever. This is a top level by-invitation-only gathering for transformational leaders and we desire to have you with us in person. The Summit will be full of interaction, fellowship, anointing, prayer, impartation and new insights.
The overall theme for the Summit this year is Transformation to the Max: From the Home to the Nations. It will be highly interactive with ample time for small groups, panels, Q&A sessions, and affinity gatherings. We saw the value and the benefit of this participatory format at our most recent Global Conference.
We’ll combine the new paradigm described in our latest book, Anointed for Romance, with exciting insights about Kingdom commerce and the emergence of Ekklesias in governmental and educational spheres. All of this will constitute the much longed for threshold from where to disciple nations. We are excited for you to join us!

ACCOMMODATIONS
The Hyatt Regency group rate* is $209++ per night ($246/night with taxes). Additional nights can be booked between February 25th and March 5th at same group rate. Monterey is a beautiful town and considered a tourist destination, so there are many things to do if you extend your stay!

FLIGHTS
The closest airport to the hotel is the Monterey Regional Airport, which is 2 miles away from the hotel. Complimentary shuttle service is provided between the hotel and the Monterey Regional Airport daily. Call +1 831 372 1234 to request airport shuttle service. After placing the call, our shuttle will pick you up curbside at arrivals. For departures, our shuttle departs from the hotel lobby hourly, at quarter past the hour, advanced reservations required. Open hours are from 7:15 a.m.– 11 p.m. daily.
There are other closest airports in the Bay Area are the San Jose Mineta International Aiport (72 miles), San Francisco International Airport (101 miles), and Oakland International Airport (105 miles). These airports may be cheaper but Monterey will be at least 1.5 - 2 hour drive if there is no traffic. You could rent a rental car, or the other cheapest and fastest way to get to Monterey is by taking a shuttle through Groome.

PAYMENT PLAN
Should you need a payment plan, please contact Stephanie Thomas using the instructions below. In the meantime, please register as paying by check so your registration is in the system and the payment plan will be set up as follows:
1) Email Stephanie at [email protected] and she will work with you on a 2-3 month plan, to be completed by February 15th.
2) She will send you a digital invoice from STRIPE based on the information below and it will become an automated monthly deduction once you enter your credit card details. When you email her, please include the following:
- Full Name(s)
- Email and Mobile
- Number of payments based on number of months before the event with the
- Day of the month you would like the payment debited from your account
FAQs
What's the refund policy? Transfer, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Your Registration is nonrefundable except to a limited extent in case of personal emergency. Your registration is fully transferable to a new participant. Regarding personal emergencies, we understand that such unexpected life events happen. Should you decide to request a refund due to a personal emergency, we review such requests on a case by case basis. If your request is approved, you are subject to the following limitations:
- Full money back minus a $25 administrative fee for a request made not later than 60 days before the start of the event.
- 50% Money back Full money back minus a $25 administrative fee for a request made not later than 30 days before the start of the event.
- 100% Nonrefundable for a request made later than 10 days before the start of the event.
Can I update my registration information? Yes! You can easily view and edit your registration information on file by logging into your Eventbrite account.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? Yes! If you cannot attend the event and would like to transfer your registration to a new participant, you can easily do so by logging into your Eventbrite account.
Can I Pay by Check? Yes! At checkout select payment method 'pay by check.' Make checks payable for the full amount to 'Harvest Evangelism' and mail to: PO BOX 20310 San Jose, CA 95160 USA. You will be notified once your check has been received. Please make sure the check arrives 10 business days before the start of the event. If we do not receive your check prior to the event, you will be required to pay at the door pricing on site.
