‼️South Carolina Residents are ONLY eligible for The South Carolina Title. All contestants from ANY State are eligible for The Palmetto Title. Contestants are eligible to purchase a cross over ticket; this ticket will allow contestants to be eligible for both titles no matter their residency.‼️
Mandatory Areas of Competition: Semi-Glitz Beauty and OOC
Optional Areas of Competition: Fun Fashion and Sparkle Wear
Pageant Rules: Absolutely no Flippers or Falls. Cupcake dresses are allowed up to five years old. Natural tans and hair extensions are allowed. Make up is allowed for all contestants. Semi-glitz pageants mean sparkly attire on a natural girl. We do allow midriffs to show- we ask for modesty when it comes to breast and bottoms. National Discounts are dependent on contestant participation- If the pageant does not have 45 contestants in attendance discounts WILL NOT be provided. Director reserves the rights to prorate all awards. Any form of payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable. All payments MUST be sent as FRIENDS AND FAMILY. All of our judges decisions and scorings are final. Under any circumstances should a contestant or their family members approach or contact a judge after said pageant. If any questions arise please direct them to Kennedy Case. We will not have interview or a photogenic category. Concessions will also not be sold so plan accordingly.
OOC is anything goes it can be swim wear, casual wear, fitness, fun fashion. Whatever the contestant desires.
Sparkle Wear is similar to OOC, but the garment must be dripping in sparkles. The More Sparkles the Better!
Fun Fashion is a high-fashion garment usually accompanies by a cape or skirt that can be modeled.
Beauty is at the contestants discretion. Cupcakes are allowed for 0-5. Long gowns are expected for 6 and up. We encourage all contestants to show elegance and grace, but to light up the stage with sparkles.
