This prestigious award is given to Tarrant County citizens whose lifelong contributions have positively impacted the lives of at least a thousand people.
A reception will begin at 11:00 a.m. for guests who wish to arrive early and personally greet Judge Hicks. The luncheon will begin promptly at 12:00 noon
