Event takes place at the fire company banquet hall (above our social quarters). Proceeds from this event benefit The Firefighter's Equipment Fund allowing the 100% volunteer fire company personnel to purchase and maintain equipment vital to performing their duties.
Chicken Dinner is $12.00 and includes 1/2 Kauffman's BBQ chicken, baked potato, beverage, & applesauce. Chicken dinners must be ordered/paid in advance.
Homemade baked goods donated by the community and other items will be for sale along with other sides (cole slaw, pepper cabbage, and baked beans). Credit card payment will be accepted for in-person sales as well.
Advanced ticket sales are encouraged as there will only be a limited number of walk-up tickets available. You can purchase tickets here (see the Zeffy link below) - please note that at this time, only chicken dinners are available for on-line ordering - once we have the prices set for sides-n-salads, we will announce that and you will be able to order dinners and sides in advance.

-call us at 610-926-1251 to arrange pickup/delivery of tickets.
-stop at our Social Quarters (11 S. Canal Street, Leesport) during the following open hours:

Tuesday 3-8
Wednesday 3-8
Thursday 3-8
Friday 8-8
Saturday 8-8
Sunday 8-8
Or, stop by our station any Tuesday night between 6:30-8.
Please contact us if you'd like to arrange a donation of baked goods for this event, to make a monetary donation to the Firefighter's Equipment Fund, or if you'd like information on becoming a volunteer firefighter. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!! Even if you are not interested or able to be a firefighter, there are numerous non-firefighting support areas where we can use your help, especially with BINGO and fundraisers.
