Our annual Spring Tree Sale is live! Order forms have begun to be mailed out and emailed to those on our mailing list.Pre-orders are now being accepted. All pre-order must be received by the District before the deadline on Friday, March 14th, 2025. The 2025 Pick-Up and Overstock Sale will take place on Friday, April 11th, 2025. As usual, order pick-up and overstock sale will be held at the Monroe County Fairgrounds inside the West Merchants Building (directly west of the Expo Center).
All pre-orders can be picked up here between 9:00am and 6:00pm. Please bring the green postcard you receive in the mail with you, as this will help us speed up the order collection process for you! We will not be offering any Saturday pick-ups this year, as the fairgrounds is hosting a car show over the weekend.
Any unsold inventory (trees, plants, fertilizers, etc.) will be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis. Get there early to have the best selection!
We will be accepting cash, check, and card payments (4% card fee) for remaining order balances and overstock sale purchases.
We appreciate the support. All proceeds directly support the Monroe Conservation District.
Looking to lend a helping hand? We always welcome volunteers throughout the week (April 9th-12th) to help us pack orders and assist with pick-ups! If you are interested in colunteering, please call us (734-265-9313) to schedule shifts!
