2025 Spring Summit is co-hosted with the CSU Fort Collins SWE Section and will be held at the CSU Fort Collins , Scott Bioengineering Building.
Full Conference
The full conference includes morning and afternoon keynote speakers , multiple speaker sessions, networking opportunities, the awards ceremony and meals (light breakfast, lunch, and afternoon refreshments). Full conference registrations include access to the Awards Celebration.
Awards Celebration
The awards celebration includes the afternoon keynote speaker , awards ceremony, and afternoon refreshments. 'Awards Only' registrations do NOT include access to the full conference.
Parking
Free Parking is available for registered participants. Additional information will be be emailed via Eventbrite approaching the event.

Keynote Speakers
Dale Wilsher, PCC, CPLCC, CCSP, will present the morning Keynote Cultivating Authentic Confidence. In male-dominated fields, women often encounter unique challenges that test their confidence and leadership potential. This engaging and interactive session equips participants—both emerging and experienced professionals—with the tools to cultivate authentic confidence by leveraging their strengths, aligning with their values, and projecting a powerful presence. Attendees will explore key mindset shifts, learn to navigate self-doubt, and develop practical strategies to communicate with authority and lead with impact, whether in the classroom, workplace, or beyond.
Kaitlyn J. Bunker, Ph.D., P.E., Secretary, Board of Directors, Society of Women Engineers will present the afternoon Keynote and begin the awards ceremony.
