If you didn't get the opportunity to participate in our Fall Garage Sale in October 2024, here's your chance! It's Spring Garage Sale time!
If you are new here, we hold our garage sale events twice a year, where we allow customers to open their doors and sell their belongings. We allow this anytime, but this occasion is an actual facility-wide event that we announce all over the community to help draw people here. It is a lot of fun, so you don't want to miss it.
Here are the details for the spring sale:
Date: May 24, 2025 8am to 1pm (sellers can stay later, but they will have to let people in and out of the electronic gates. We can leave the walk-through gates open!)
Buyers: The gates will open at 8am and you are free to come onto the property and visit seller's units. There may be people on property doing "normal" storage facility stuff, so please be kind and ask if they are participating in the garage sale. DO NOT JUST ASSUME THEY ARE. Thanks :)
Sellers: MUST BE A CURRENT CUSTOMER AT THIS FACILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GARAGE SALE AS A SELLER. Arrive early to get set up. We are asking that you keep your items directly in front of your units, if you have to pull them out. Please do not block the aisles or other units. We will not have tables or anything like that for you; you must bring your own supplies.
You must sign up ahead of time, with the deadline to sign up being Friday May 23. This way we know how many people will be selling and can be prepared.

There is obviously going to be limited parking. In order to make it easier for buyers to get to your unit, I would suggest parking either outside the property or along the fence where possible. You do not have to do that. Keep in mind, everyone on the property that parks in the aisles is required to park in the center of the aisle so vehicles can get around them. Please remind people of this when they approach your space, if they are not parking in the center.

YOU KEEP ALL THE MONEY FROM YOUR SALE! We do not charge anything for this event. Signing up and participation is FREE.
