NEW for 2025! The Downtown Spooktacular Costume Parade is a great time for all. Participants are encouraged to dress up in their Halloween costumes and join us for a short parade throughout Downtown St. Joe. PARTICIPANT INFO:
There is no cost to participate in the parade! However, all participants MUST register in advance at stjoetoday.com/downtownspooktacular or at the Welcome Center. If you’re looking to take home a prize, costume judging begins at 11:00a and ends at 11:45a right outside the Welcome Center. The parade will kick off at 12:00p, participants are asked to line up at the corner of Elm & State Streets by 11:50a.
All costumes must be family-friendly!
Day-Of-Registration: 11:00-11:45a (Welcome Center)
Judging: 11:00-11:45a (Outside of Welcome Center)
Parade Start: 12:00p (Corner of State & Elm)
