We're thrilled to invite you to our annual Slow Food Dinner, a celebration of local flavors and sustainable practices! Join us on April 22nd at 6:30 PM for an unforgettable culinary journey.
The evening will begin with an array of Welcome Bites featuring intriguing selections like Tripe, Blueberry Pizza (showcasing the freshest Michigan blueberries), Stuffed Olives, and Mussels.
Prepare your palate for an exquisite Appetizer of Egg Confit with Pancetta, crafted with Silvio's homemade pancetta using Ernst Farm pork, Lumetta mushrooms, and eggs from Grazing Field.
Next, you'll savor a hearty Joita Soup featuring Silvio's brisket, sourced from Ernst Farm.
For the Main course, indulge in Mugnaia Pasta with Halibut or a succulent Pork Chop with Sicilian Bernaise, accompanied by a refreshing Spring Mix Salad, with pork sourced from Ernst Farm and salad greens from Gateway Farm.
Finally, conclude your evening with a delightful Dessert of Pizzella with Sicilian Cassatta, with a filling made with Calder Dairy.
