More than one hundred years ago, Alice McLellan Birney said, "Let us have no more croaking about what cannot be done; let us see what can be done, and above all, see that it is done." That is still our PTA vision today.
Making a Difference Every Day
We are so very lucky to have such a committed group of parents, teachers, and community leaders here in SFUSD.
Celebrate the work all the PTAs across the city do every day in our schools and communities at a fun lunch event at the zoo.
We're excited to host everyone at the SF Zoo Great Hall!
You'll enter the hall before the admission area booth at the zoo. Your ticket price includes a delicious dinner with coffee/ soft drinks.
You'll have the chance to meet wonderful SF PTA/ PTSA leaders, learn more about the great work we're doing in SF to support children and youth, listen to speakers, and cheer on recipients of California State PTA Honorary Service Awards.
SF Zoo Admission and Parking Fees are NOT included in the Founders Day ticket; guests are responsible for any additional fees if they choose to purchase a parking pass to park in the lot or would like to go into the zoo before or after the Founders Day event.
