Hosted by the S.E.A. Leaders Training Institute, this prestigious celebration honors small businesses, entrepreneurs, and service professionals who exemplify Service, Excellence, and Accountability—the values that elevate communities and drive meaningful growth.
This year’s experience unfolds as an interactive, three-story journey through one of Indianapolis’s most historic venues, The Propylaeum. Guests will explore each floor and discover live music, inspiring panel conversations, red carpet elegance, and immersive storytelling—all designed to celebrate leadership, resilience, and service.
Enjoy a performance by celebrated cellist Ivan, an elegant red-carpet welcome, and an awards presentation recognizing this year’s most distinguished honorees. Between moments of ceremony, guests will experience curated networking spaces, creative activations, and opportunities to engage with some of Indiana’s most dynamic leaders.
Proceeds from the event support the S.E.A. Leaders Training Institute, a nonprofit dedicated to workforce development, youth leadership, and soft skills training that empowers individuals and businesses to serve with purpose and authenticity.
