South Carolina Gingerbread House Competition Returns for Third Sweet SeasonThe 3rd Annual South Carolina Gingerbread House Competition invites bakers, artists, and holiday enthusiasts of all ages to showcase their creativity in a celebration of community and craftsmanship.
The event, hosted by Davis Architecture will be held December 4-6, 2025, at AIA Columbia, located at 1530 Main Street Columbia, SC, and will benefit Home Works of America, a nonprofit dedicated to repairing homes for those in need.
Event Highlights:
Gingerbread House Displays – Intricately designed creations from amateurs and professionals
Judging & Awards – Prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd places and People’s Choice Award
Community Impact – Proceeds support Home Works of America, helping provide critical home repairs to neighbors in need.

House Drop-off: December 4 by 1pm
