**Sound Bath with Gina LoCurcio:** Let the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls and other healing instruments guide you into a state of deep relaxation and energetic alignment.
**Yoga Nidra with Nimisha Gandhi:** Experience the restorative magic of yogic sleep, a meditative practice that allows you to rest, reset, and restore your inner balance.
**Embodied Dance with ChiChi:** Move freely and intuitively, connecting with the rhythm of your body and emotions in a supportive and joyful space.
** Optional Group Acupuncture with Barbara Custer** - $50 additional, please add this in the RSVP if you'd like to include it.
