200 numbered tennis balls will be scattered throughout River Prairie Park and families are encouraged to go and find these "Rays of Sunshine"! Starting Monday, February 10th random numbers will be picked daily at 9:00am and posted on the Altoona Parks & Recreation Facebook page. If you are holding one of the lucky tennis balls you WIN!Date/Time: Begins Friday, February 7th at 4:00pm. Prize drawing Monday, February 10-Friday, February 14
