About this Event
This will be an advance engagement ahead of the full 2025 Pocahontas Reframed Film Festival in Richmond (November 20 - 23, 2025). A series of short films will be screened. Free popcorn and beverage will be available to the first 40 guests thanks to our sponsors.
A post-event reception will be held at the UVA Center for Community Partnerships (directly across from the theater - 201 W. Main) from 7:30 - 9:00 PM. Reception guests will be able to connect with event organizers, UVA Native and Indigenous Relations Community, visiting scholars and artists, and more. There will be activities for youth attendees in the Center. As space is limited please only request a ticket for the reception if you are sure you will be able to join us after the films.
