Join us on Sunday, December 14th for our annual club Christmas/Holiday party. The club provides main meats (Brisket & Fried Chicken) while you, our guests, provide Pot Luck dishes (appetizers, salads, side dishes, desserts). The club will also provide non-alcoholic beverages, but you can BYOB - bring your own (alcoholic) beverages for yourself, or to share. Our club will provide plates, cups, and cutlery. Please bring serving utensils for your pot luck contribution.Please RSVP so we can be sure to have enough main meats :-)
Start arriving 1pm, we start eating at 2pm.
Clubhouse address is actually 4610 SW 11th St, Gresham, Oregon, but Googlemaps will guide you to a wrong building. For the clubhouse, Googlemaps shows it as 4588 SW 11th St. There is parking along SW 11th street, but if that fills, we are allowed to park in the Gresham Heights Learning Center parking lot next door, at 4400 SW 11th Street (just next to the Safeway fuel station).
After our meal, (approximately 3pm) we will hold a very short business meeting, mainly to hold our annual Election of Officers (Edna will conduct it, over Zoom). If you are interested in serving on our Board or know of someone who is, please let one of the current officers know. Any of us could answer any questions you may have about a position. Current Board members are:

If you want to participate in the "White Elephant" gift exchange, please bring a wrapped, unlabeled unisex gift (usually cycling related but could be anything), value approx $20. To get a gift, you need to bring a gift. They get put under the tree when you arrive. After eating, we draw numbers (for however many gifts are under the tree). Number 1 gets to choose first, they unwrap and show everyone the gift. Number 2 goes next, their options are to open a new gift OR steal number 1's gift. If they steal, then Number 1 chooses and unwraps a new gift. Then Number 3 is next, choosing to open a new gift OR steal from Number 1 or Number 2. Etc, Etc, Etc. BUT a gift can only have 3 owners. Once the 3rd owner has it, no one else can steal it. At the end, Number 1 has a chance to steal someone else's gift, or keep theirs.
