The Passionate Heart Awards is about recognizing the important people dedicating work to the well-being of our communities. Most people serving in the nominee categories do not expect recognition outside of the everyday benefits of helping and they often choose these roles with the intention of giving behind the scenes. The Passionate Heart Award is our way of saying thank you for all of your valued work and care.Sponsored by the Family Community Support Services (FCSS) in the City of Grande Prairie and County of Grande Prairie and towns of Beaverlodge, Sexsmith, and Wembley, the Passionate Heart Awards recognize outstanding contributions in the area of social services within the region.

Award Categories
Non-profit agencies and businesses within the Grande Prairie region are encouraged to nominate individuals or teams that have made significant contributions to the community; positively impacted the local social services field; and shown dedication to improving the quality of life for their clients.
A total of nine awards will be distributed in four category areas during the annual Passionate Heart Awards celebration.
Nomination Information
Review the award categories and select the appropriate category for the individual, business, or organization you wish to nominate. As part of the nomination, you will be asked to describe the nominee’s achievements.
Ensure your nominee meets the eligibility requirements.

Nominations for the Passionate Heart Awards will be accepted from November 28, 2024 to January 17, 2025.
