Event Listing only. PQ is not the host.Paddle Australia is proud to announce that this years 2025 Paddle Australia Canoe Ocean Racing National Championships will be hosted by the Makai Cup.
The long running Makai cup has constantly been regarded as one of Australia’s premiere Canoe Ocean Racing events since its inception in 2012.
This years event will also feature as the selection event for the Australian Canoe Ocean Racing Team to compete in the 2025 ICF Canoe Ocean Racing World Championships to be held in Durban, South Africa.
This event annually draws approximately 150 athletes from across the country to not only compete in the feature race but also immerse themselves in the event for the entire weekend thus making the Makai Cup truly a destination event.
This years Makai Cup supported by Paddle Australia will be bigger than ever and we look forward to welcoming all athletes and their families to be a part of this fantastic event.
