It’s that time of year where we clean all the leaves and acorns out of the courts so we can start the season off right! Bring rakes, tarps, shovels, anything you might find useful. The agenda will mostly be to clean acorns and leaves out and rake the sand back to the middle of the courts but a few other nit-picky things will be worked on as well that some of the experienced will be handling and/or recruiting assistance for.
Afterwards there will be pickup for those who helped out. Don’t be that guy who skips out on the work and shows up for the volleyball. You’re gonna leave a bad taste in everyone’s mouths to start the season and you don’t want that.
This year we will be creating a maintenance crew that will be a small group PAID to maintain the courts once a month to keep our courts enjoyable to play on through the year. If you’re interested in joining the crew please reach out!
