Workers like you are fighting back against bad bosses, low wages, and poor working conditions. (And in many cases we are making real advances). Worker solidarity and unity is what gives our mass movement the power to fight and win. That's why corporations and many politicians are trying to distract and divide us. They do this by scapegoating groups such as migrant workers, international students, public sector workers, minimum-wage workers and people who depend on social assistance. We know there is a very real crisis in Canada. But we know the real culprits are the richest 1%, the corporations and the politicians they help elect.
But with possible upcoming Ontario provincial and federal elections happening next year, we fully expect politicians to amplify this message of division. We cannot let them divide us and fragment our movement in the coming year.
That’s why Justice for Workers is hosting a pan-Canadian Organizing Assembly from Friday, April 4 2025 to Sunday, April 6 2025.
We need decent work fighters like you to organize the fight back. At our Assembly, we’ll come together, hone our organizing skills, and prepare ourselves to challenge the lies the 1% keep repeating. We’ll bring together climate justice activists, on-the-ground union organizers, migrant workers, and speakers across Canada. This Assembly will also be a chance for you to meet new decent work fighters and reconnect with old friends.
Will you make a commitment to be at the 2025 Justice for Workers Organizing Assembly? RSVP and you’ll be first to know how to register.
