Please note the following rules apply to vintage:
1) Released before Jan 1st 2000.
2) 21.5 Brushless or 24deg Brushed for 2WD
3) 17.5 Brushless or open Brushed for 4WD
If you are unsure if your vintage car is eligible please contact the NSWRL and we can sort it out.
The 2024 season will kick off on February 8th and 9th 2024.
Saturday February 8th is practise
Sunday February 9th is race day!
Track surface: Oiled dirt
Tyre recommendations:
• Raw Speed Gumball Radar/Stage Two/Riptide
• Jconcepts Silver Ellipse
• Proline MC Positron/Electron
Notes: Clay bars are best, but soft pins are also a decent choice. This includes Proline Holeshot M3/M4, Jconcepts Double Dee/Sprinter in Green and Raw Speed Super Mini Soft. Tyre additive will help improve grip. TDK is most popular
We are super excited to head to Maitland to kick off the 2024 NSW Racing League season. The large flowing track layout promotes high speed racing action. The biggest challenge is the technical jump sections which require precise timing and reward those brave enough to take a risk. Throw is some decent bumps and you have a track that will challenge all drivers, regardless of skill level.
