Join us for the 2025 NWPMA Annual Fall Conference!
The conference will be held at the Seaside Convention Center in Seaside, OR from November 4th to November 7th.
The NWPMA is very conscious of the current economic climate which is why we are proud to offer 'Early Bird' Registrations. Registrations received by 5:00 PM on Friday, September 12th, 2025 pay only $350 for Government Employees and $400 for Non-Government Employees. Any registrations received after this time must pay the full $400 for Government Employees or $450 for Non-Government Employees. Full conference registration includes lunch and the pre-conference sessions on Tuesday, breakfast, lunch, and Networking Social on Wednesday, breakfast and the Awards Banquet luncheon on Thursday afternoon, and breakfast on Friday.
Registration is also available for single days and includes any meals associated with the conference on that day. Single-day registration is $175 a day for Government Employees and $190 a day for Non-Government Employees.

Conference Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Registrants unable to attend will receive a refund of the paid registration less any service fees provided the cancellation is received no later than 30 days before the event.
* No refunds will be given for cancellations received after that time.*
