We are so excited to announce that the date of our annual Fundraiser & Awards Ceremony will be Sunday November 9th, 2025. We hope that you can join so that we can continue our work for economic, racial, and climate justice across the North Bay.
With so much political uncertainty, it is more critical than ever that we come together to uplift the inspiring work of our coalition member organizations and the powerful organizing by frontline workers. Once again, as our region’s annual wine grape harvest comes to an end, we will celebrate the leadership and strength of the immigrant and Indigenous workers who make our whole economy and community thrive! We aim to celebrate the work and power of immigrant workers in Sonoma County!
In the last year, with your support, we have been able to continue to build worker and community power in the North Bay:
- We recovered over $100,000 in workers’ stolen wages!
- We marched on countless picket lines to support healthcare workers, educators, and hospitality workers!
- We won major retaliation settlements from some of the largest wineries and vineyard management companies with workers winning their jobs back and back pay!
- We have expanded our office, and more member organizations are using the space as a hub for worker and community organizing!
- We hit the streets to support the growing movement resisting authoritarianism and fascism!
- We have supported immigrant and Indigenous workers to expand their training in climate resilience so that they can care for the land in response to the climate crisis.
