The National Job Corps Association is pleased to invite all NJCA members to register for the 2025 NJCA Spring Conference. Our event will take place at The Westin Alexandria Old Town (400 Courthouse Square, Alexandria, Virginia, 22314).
The 2025 NJCA Spring Conference will open with a Hill Day on Tuesday, March 11, where campus and corporate staff can have civic education meetings with their members of Congress and staff. It is strongly encouraged that Center Directors attend the March 11th “Hill Day” as well as the NJCA Conference. When you register, please answer the question that asks if you will be participating in the Hill Day activities. One and one-half days of sessions are planned to begin at 9:00 a.m. EST on Wednesday, March 12. Registration will open at 8:00 a.m. Continental breakfast, breaks, and lunch will be provided.
· Tuesday, March 11 – Hill Day (all day)
· Wednesday, March 12 – Spring Conference Day One (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
· Thursday, March 13 – Spring Conference Day Two (9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.)
CONTENT: A detailed agenda will be released closer to the event date. Sessions will cover key issues affecting the Job Corps Community and the NJCA.
The 2025 NJCA Spring Leadership Conference is a member-only event. Please register today to ensure your spot!
- NJCA member rate- $595.00
REFUND POLICY: We will not issue refunds for this event. Registrants may credit their registration fee to a future NJCA Conference.
THE NJCA has a special group rate of $269 per night single/double. Our rate will extend two days before and two days after our meeting dates for your convenience. Please be sure to make your reservations by the cut-off date of February 17, 2025.

GETTING TO THE CONFERENCE
The Westin Alexandria Old Town is conveniently located approximately 4.4 miles south of Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). The Westin Alexandria Old Town (703-253-8600) provides a complimentary shuttle from the King Street Metro Station.
Other area airports include Washington Dulles (IAD) and Thurgood Marshall Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI).
