We will not send out individual reminders for trips. Please set a reminder to pay by June 10th. Any seats not paid in full will be released and resold on June 11th. Deposits will not be refunded or transferred to another trip.
The price covers round trip charter transportation with a professional driver, and covers the tip for the driver.

Friday, July 25
6:00pm ET- Meet to load the bus in Somerset, KY
8:00pm ET- Meet to load the bus in Lexington, KY
We will do seating charts to make sure that families/groups are seated next to each other. Snack bags and bottles of water will be provided! We will stop every couple of hours to stretch your legs, smoke breaks, etc.
Saturday, July 26
Before arriving at Niagara Falls we will stop to freshen up. We do have multiple buses for this trip. Showers will be extremely limited. Please plan on not being able to access a shower. Baby wipes, other products like that will help. (If you do purchase a shower they are usually $15-$20) We plan to be at the truck stop/rest area for around 1 1/2 hours.
Arrive at Niagara Falls - You are free to explore on your own for the day. You do not need a passport if you stay on the New York side of the falls. If you cross over into Canada you will need a passport or a drivers license along with your birth certificate.
Drop off location - One Niagara Welcome Center
9pm - Arrive back to load the bus to return home. We will make a stop to allow everyone to change back into some comfortable bus clothes for the ride home. We will also stop every couple of hours for breaks as well.

What is the cancellation/refund policy? A refund will only be provided if we are able to resell your seats. The deposit is nonrefundable. Your refund will be minus the $50 deposit. If you selected as paying by goods or services on Paypal or Venmo and we were charged a fee, your refund will be minus the deposit and the fee that we were charged. If we cancel a trip a full refund will be provided.
