Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. There are no assigned seats on the bus. Please arrive early/together to help ensure you can sit with your family.

If you miss the bus on the scheduled departure times, you will be responsible for arranging and financing your own transportation. Reminder: Absolutely no weapons, no smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages allowed on the coach.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable for anything short of a natural disaster or terrorist attack.

Once a booking is confirmed, all payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations, delays, or changes due to the following:

- Travel delays or client cancellations (including those caused by weather, personal circumstances, including illness or changes in travel plans by the client.)

- Traffic or transportation disruptions

- Mechanical failure or service interruptions by third-party vendors (e.g., airlines, tour companies, bus companies, hotels, ground transport providers)
