The New/Next Film Festival, a celebration of emerging film culture presented by Baltimore Public Media, returns Oct. 2-5 to the historic The Charles Theatre.A limited number of All Access Passes are available now: All Access Passes offer premium access to all screenings, including Opening and Closing Night parties, exclusive filmmaker events and more.
Highlights:
- Opening Night's Baltimore premiere of the Baltimore indie film "OBEX" on Thursday Oct. 2
- Comedian Stavros Halkias presenting a revival screening of "Commando" on Saturday Oct. 4
- Closing Night's screening of "Natchez" on Sunday Oct. 5.
The Charles will again be New/Next’s home base, with Opening and Closing Night parties held across the street at the Metro Gallery, and a pop-up shop featuring local snacks at nearby Baltimore Improv Group.
