**This event is a 2026 DEKA World Championship Qualifier**DEKA is an indoor fitness competition featuring 10 functional fitness zones – it’s fitness gamified and designed for all levels. No matter your background or experience, DEKA will help you set your baseline and train with a purpose. DEKA FIT includes a 500-meter run before each zone, 5K total.
Test yourself against a global fitness standard, earn your DEKA Mark and commemorate your achievement with your finisher medal and t-shirt.
How this DEKA FIT Roadshow differs from traditional DEKA FIT:
No Elite cash prizes but Age Group podiums are available
No onsite DEKA Merchandise.
You may bring your own hydration and enjoy the onsite food vendor.
We have 4 different heat types:
Age Group Heat: eligible for Age Group podium recognition
Elite Heat: eligible for podium recognition (no cash prizes at this event)
Ruck Heat: any ruck or backpack – Male 30lb & Female 20lb – Racers for this heat must bring their own ruck or backpack.
* Weight vests and plate carriers are not allowed.
2-Person Team Heat: Eligible for podium recognition. Age Group Teams of all levels divide and conquer the DEKA FIT Arena in Teams of 2 adults (ages 14+), 2 youth (Ages 10-13) or 1 adult (age 14+) with 1 youth (age 10-13) with male, female, and co-ed categories.
