On behalf of the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated of North Carolina Executive Board, Coordinators, and Partners, welcome the 2025 North Carolina State Leadership Conference. Our theme is “Partners in Progress: Building Community Relationships While Elevating the Power of S.H.E”. The goal of the conference is to invest in the community, membership, and leadership by hosting service outreach, recognizing accomplishments, and facilitating workshops that foster professional and personal development.For over 90 years, the Zetas of North Carolina have impacted lives and communities. We, the State of North Carolina, believe in building community and elevating the principles and initiatives of the organization. The four (4) day conference will be led by leaders of North Carolina. We will have social fundraisers to support our International, Regional, and State initiatives. Also, we will recognize Zetas, Zeta Amicae, and Zeta Make Network throughout the weekend, and pay special tribute to our service women and men in honor of Triumphant Staff Sergeant Millie Dunn Veasey. Let’s continue to embrace the extraordinary while elevating the Power of S.H.E. through community relationships and partnerships.
