🍒 The National Cherry Pit-Spit Championship is back on this summer in Cromwell!🍒Join us for a lunchtime of fun and friendly competition on Sunday 28th December at the McNulty House lawn in the Cromwell Heritage Precinct.
This event invites all ages to see who can spit a cherry pit the furthest! Registrations open 11:00 am, competition starts 11:30am — just $2 for three cherries.
Bring a picnic hamper, grab lunch from precinct cafés or the Farmers’ & Craft Market, and enjoy the relaxed heritage setting with views over Lake Dunstan.
With kids’ activities, a Colouring-In Competition (get a head start by downloading from the official templates here: https://bit.ly/4ozevJj), Best Cherry-Fest Dressed contest, and Guess How Many Cherries In The Jar, there’s plenty of cherry-fuelled fun for everyone.
