Notice is hereby given that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the Corporation of MUSKOKA PRIDE COMMUNITY
will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 6:00 PM
MEETING WILL BE HELD AT THE BRACEBRIDGE UNITED CHURCH (in the sanctuary). Enter via the front doors by the ramp.

The AGM will be held for the purpose of:
-Receipt and consideration of Officer reports
-Receipt and consideration of financial statements
-Elections of members of the Board of Directors
-No By-Law Ammendments in 2025
-Consideration of any motion(s) introduced by the Voting Members in accordance with the By-Laws.
-Such other business as may come before the meeting and which the Members under applicable law are authorized to transact.
In order to vote at the Muskoka Pride AGM, you will need to have renewed your membership in 2025 (or have become a member in 2025). You can renew your membership at the AGM.
In order to run for a Board position, you will need to have renewed your membership (or have become a member) at least 30 days before the AGM - for this year that is on or before Monday October 6th.

The inaugural 2025-26 Board Meeting will immediately follow the AGM. The Executive members will be elected at the Board meeting. Spectator are invited to attend the Board meeting as guests.
