About this Event
Featuring a mixture of song, dance, and monologues, this year’s musical theatre showcase highlights the students’ work in singing, acting through song, and dancing throughout the term. Solo songs and group numbers spanning the musical theatre catalogue include a variety of styles from Sondheim to Moulin Rouge, sure to include something for everyone; and from a classic, joyful style group tap routine with lots of rhythm and old-school charm to a technical jazz piece which is sharp, punchy, and full of modern musicality the students’ dance pieces create a lively mix of nostalgia and fresh excitement.
