Dog River Clearwater Revival (DRCR) is proud to host the 10th Annual MudBottom Revival Music Festival – a fun afternoon created to raise awareness and funds for DRCR's ongoing Dog River improvement projects.
This year, the event is set for Sunday, May 4th at the end of Riviere Du Chien Road (BENDER POINT - 3619 Riviere Du Chien Road) from 1PM to 6PM (with general admission gates opening at 12:30 PM).
Since it's the 10th anniversary this year, we're going BIG, and the lineup features 3 BANDS which includes headliner Jimmy Hall & Friends, Will Kimbrough & Friends and Red & the Revelers.
Jimmy Hall initially rose to fame as the lead vocalist, saxophonist, and harmonica player for the Mobile, Alabama-based band Wet Willie. His distinctive style of R&B-infused rock and roll, coupled with his dynamic stage presence is sure to bring a good time!
Uber-versatile, musician Will Kimbrough has enjoyed a long and winding career. He’s released nine albums and we love that he's a local! He's performed on the MudBottom stage countless times and we're thrilled to welcome him back again.
Formed by singer/songwriter Red Padilla, the band Red & the Revelers is a high energy swamp soul band from Mobile, AL. Armed with a full horn section Red and the boys explode on stage in a firestorm of passion and riffs that dare you not to move!
Attendees of this family-friendly fundraising event are invited to bring coolers, picnic blankets and chairs to enjoy an afternoon of live music under a shaded oak-covered spot on the banks of beautiful Dog River. No tents or sun umbrellas please. No pets are allowed. Children are welcome and tickets are free 12 years and under. There will be food and MudBottom swag available for purchase!
Purchase a ticket BEFORE May 4th and come by vehicle, bike, kayak, canoe, stand up paddle board, or boat and enjoy the music from the peninsula! We will have boat taxis to transport ticket holders from their anchored parking spots to the dock. Pack your own coolers, blankets, and chairs. Bathrooms will be on the premises.
We encourage everyone to carpool, as parking can be tight! If you choose to arrive by vehicle you will be shuttled from the parking area down the street to the festival grounds via golf cart, so please pack lightly and be prepared to take what you need from your vehicle in 1 trip. And please plan your day accordingly.
TICKET PRICES WILL INCREASE THE WEEK BEFORE THE FESTIVAL:
$35 for Tickets through April 27th; it will then increase to $45 from April 28th until the day of the festival (or until tickets sell out - which they usually do!)
SPONSORSHIPS are still available for this spring fundraising event!
Sponsorship benefits include festival tickets, early entry, VIP sponsor check-in and event area with food and beverages, t-shirts featuring your name/logo, social media recognition, and recognition the day of the event on signage and in announcements. Sponsors can also send in their own ‘add ins’ to be included in all sponsorship bags for more publicity!
