2) Reserved Vendor Spot Limit - Each vendor will be able to reserve only one space. The vendor space is 10 feet x 10 feet. Sand bags or weight anchors are approved for use; no spikes can be used in the grass area.

These exclusive vendor rights also apply to the first registered vendor representative of a company/business that has multiple local agents and/or representatives.

*We may permit 4 authors and 4 service vendors per ticket type/business area depending upon the number of similar business vendors previously registered; however, vendors cannot represent the same company as a previous registered vendor.

Parking & Restrooms

Parking - Parking spaces are available on first-come, first served basis. Please park in the parking lot to the South-end of the library's parking lot (See blue area). Please plan arrival and setup time accordingly. (See aerial map below.)

Drop-Off - No drop-off will be allowed in front of the library due to the library's hours of operation being during the same time of our event. To not impede on the library's pedestrian and vehicular traffic, we are asking all vendors and attendees to park as close as possible in the South-end and wheel their supplies to the check-in table. There is a pathway leading up to the check-in table which allows for a smoother transition.

Restrooms - Restrooms are available in the library.
