Ladies, join us for our 8-week Mindful Wellness Challenge from Feb 3rd - to March 30th. This point-based challenge includes daily physical, nutrition, and mindful challenges, pre/post-challenge assessments, a private Facebook support group, an accountability partner (optional), podcasts/book recommendations, challenge 5K, and a challenge t-shirt. There will be an individual challenge winner based on point totals and a team winner based on combined points from you and your challenge buddy (optional). This is a great way to meet health goals, lose weight, gain strength and consistency, improve nutrition, and focus on yourself. This challenge can also be completed virtually. The challenge cost is $55 for current mindful members and $250 for new members- including the challenge plus unlimited classes from Feb 3rd to March 30th. Change your mind- change your life!
