We’re Back! Veterans Day Weekend – Western NCAfter last year’s cancellation due to Hurricane Helene, we are excited to announce that the Mind Over Land Veterans Day Weekend Event is back and bigger than ever. This is our signature fundraiser of the year, bringing together the overlanding, off-road, and veteran communities for a weekend of fun, family, and giving back.
When: Veterans Day Weekend, November 8–10, 2025
Where: Linville Adventure Pasture, 5536 NC-126, Nebo, NC 28761, USA
This event is open to the public and free to attend—not just for veterans. However, we do expect the event to sell out this year, so RSVPs are very important. Please register in advance so we know how many people to expect, and be sure to purchase as many tickets as there are people in your party.

What to Expect:
Overlanding and off-road showcase
Stock-friendly trail rides
Raffles, giveaways, and local vendors
Family-friendly camping, food, and community
This event helps us continue our mission: getting veterans out of the walls of their homes and minds by connecting them through camping, overlanding, and camaraderie. Every ticket, raffle entry, and donation goes directly to funding veteran trips and support programs in 2026.
If you are wondering what the weekend looks like, here is the breakdown:
Friday, November 8th
1500–2000 — Check in, set up camp, and bonfire/fellowship
Saturday, November 9th
0800 — Check in for those not able to come on Friday
0900 — Driver Line Assembly
0930 — Briefing and Departure to chosen trail
1630 — Drivers back from trails
1700 — Prep your own dinner or buy at food truck
1745 — Speaker
1800 — Prizes
1900 — Bonfire
2200 — Quiet Hours
Sunday, November 10th
0900 — Break down camp, clean up, depart at your leisure
1100 — All Departure
