Deepen your knowledge of yoga philosophy and learn to live a sacred life, lead with your heart, and teach in a way that is true to you. Teacher training is for seekers and students from all walks of life and encourages a journey of self-inquiry and observation.
Throughout our 10 weeks together we will discover the many layers of this ancient practice. We will focus on Vinyasa ( Power) as the main style. You will also learn the key principles of Gentle and Yin Yoga.

Thursday Nights: 5:45p - 9:45p (come prepared to take 6 pm class)
We will wrap up around 9:30 with closing circles, questions, and cleanup for a prompt departure at 9:45.

Saturday 8:45 AM - 5 pm (*Come prepared to take 9 am class each day)
and Sunday: 8:45 AM - 4 pm (*Option to stay for 430 PM Gentle/Restore)
We will have a one-hour break from 12p - 1p each day for lunch You can stay on-site or venture.
Intensive Weekend 1: February 22 & 23 (Week 1)
Intensive Weekend 2: March 1 & 2 (Week 2)
Intensive Weekend 3: March 15 & 16 (Week 4)
Intensive Weekend 4: March 29 & 30 (Week 6)
Intensive Weekend 5: April 12 & 13 (Week 8)
Intensive Weekend 6: April 26 & 27 (Week 10)
You will notice that there are alternating breaks in between our intensive weekends, this is not only to support your rest and information retention but also to encourage your own self-study. There will be additional assignments/experiences due each week.
Missing a Session or 2: If you know you will be absent for a class or two – no worries, we can plan ahead. Once you are ready to enroll and you want to plan ahead or after you have already taken the leap, please send me an email and include the dates you will not be joining us so I can prepare your makeup work ahead of time.
