Join us for the 2025 Matsumura Challenge Invitational Martial Arts Tournament. Last year’s event was a great success, and we’d love to have you and your students join us again. We’re committed to creating a fair and memorable competition for all.REGISTRATION DETAILS
* Pre-registration (due by February 11) $60 – 1 event | $65 – 2 or more events.
* Event slips for pre-registered competitors will be sent to their instructors.
* At the door: $80 – 1 event | $85 – 2 or more events
EVENT INFORMATION
* Divisions: Kata, Team Kata (3 to 5 competitors), Weapons, Sparring
* This is an invite-only, non-contact event. Contact us if you are interested to attend so we can discuss expectations.
* Competitors in sparring must wear full protective gear: headgear, mouthguard, hand and foot gear (fingers and toes covered), groin protection.

We will use modified WKF rules in compliance with Karate Ontario sanctioning requirements. Feedback from past events has been invaluable, and we’re implementing many of your suggestions
